180 social dwellings for rent -Leganés Madrid Community

PUBLIC TENDER: 1º AWARD
We present a closed block housing building, located on a lot showing strong slopes. These different levels were unified on the 1º floor, having all the remaining plants the same distribution.
The complex has 180 apartments with a lay-out of 2 and 3 bedrooms. There were 6 houses adapted for disabled people, held in the same vertical circulation core. The interior courtyard allowed, thanks to its great surface, trees of significant size as we projected the parking basements at the shadow of the building.
At the ground floor we located a communal space for multipurpose activities.
These houses, projected for rental to young people, had areas with children games, spaces for relaxed tranquil reading and a multisport court.
The energy production was obtained from photovoltaic cells.
