Sports Centre and Swimming Pools “Carlos Ruiz” – Pozuelo de Alarcón – Madrid Community

The International Ideas Tender for the design of “CIUDAD CAN (National Administrative City) was call to project the Master Plan, to be built in about 100 ha located in the geographical center of Bogotá. The purpose was to concentrate in one area, all the Ministries and Institutions with other types of use such as: offices, dwellings, health centers, cultural and commercial areas. The whole surface would be 2.750.000 m2.
The Tender was in two phases. The first one consisted in the election of 35 firms and the second one was the competition between 6 firms which had to show the preliminary ideas of the master plan. Our team won the 3erd place. The construction will start on 2021.
